SHIPPING

Australian orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

  • We offer standard shipping at a rate of $9.95 AUD for Australian orders, and free standard shipping for Australian orders over $100.
  • We also offer express shipping at a rate of $15 AUD for Australian orders, and free express shipping for Australian orders over $225 AUD.

UK orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over £49.95 within the UK.
  • We offer free express shipping on orders over £99.95 within the UK.
  • We also offer standard shipping at £3.95 and express shipping at £10.00 within the UK.

International orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post. Please note that International orders may incur a customs duty tax upon arrival. Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties for different goods and values are set per local regulations. Kindly contact your local customs agent for a price estimation.

New Zealand:

  • We offer shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD via Australia Post.

Canada:

  • We offer International Standard shipping at a flat rate of $30 AUD via Australia Post.

UAE and Asia:

  • We offer International Tracked shipping at a flat rate of £15.00 via Royal Mail.

Europe:

  • We offer International Tracked shipping at a flat rate of £8.00 via Royal Mail.

USA orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

We offer flat rate shipping to the USA for $36 USD. All applicable US duties and import taxes are included in this fee - there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 10–18 business days from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
 
We kindly ask our customers to provide the correct information, as Prudie & Primmie cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Prudie & Primmie will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
