SHIPPING

Australian orders

All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.
  • We also offer express shipping at a rate of $15 for Australian orders, and free express shipping for Australian orders over $199.

UK orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
  • We also offer express shipping at a rate of £10 for UK orders, and free express shipping for UK orders over £100.

International orders
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.
We offer International Express shipping at a flat rate of $42 via Australia Post.
Please note that International orders may incur a customs duty tax upon arrival. Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties for different goods and values are set per local regulations. Kindly contact your local customs agent for a price estimation.

All orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
 
We kindly ask our customers to provide the correct information, as Prudie & Primmie cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Prudie & Primmie will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

RETURNS

Prudie & Primmie want you and your little one to love and wear your purchases. Therefore, if you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact hello@prudieandprimmie.com within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or refund. After 14 days of receipt, we are unable to accept return requests.

Items purchased using a Welcome 10% off discount code are eligible for a return or exchange.

For full-priced items, a refund will be issued when the item is returned to us. Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any stains or marks.
  • You must return the garment with the original branded packaging.
  • Your return request has been approved by Prudie & Primmie, and you have obtained a return authorisation number via hello@prudieandprimmie.com.
  • Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation.
  • If you wish to exchange, please notify us of your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
  • Exchanges will be subject to stock availability at the time.
  • Customers are responsible for returning goods to Prudie & Primmie. We recommend using a service that offers tracking as this ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items.

    Prudie & Primmie is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.

    For all exchanges, an exchange shipping fee will be charged at $11 for Australian orders and £6 for UK orders, and shipped back to you via Standard Delivery.
    Refunds are made against the original credit card or payment method used. We cannot refund a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item/s; however, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.


    Please note that returns are at the customer's expense and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to our head office. Return costs are non-refundable.
